RETURN POLICY

We ask that you please read and understand the Return Policy. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

There is a 20 percent restocking fee of any returned or canceled items. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

ANY ITEMS BOUGHT WITH 10% or MORE DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE. PRE-ORDERS AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, opened,  have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, or other odors, will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. Merchandise may be returned ONLY within 3 days of delivery (according to USPS or UPS. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery date, from USPS or UPS tracking #, if an item, NOT the package, is defective. See below for more defective/damaged information. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your package. Please allow 10 business days for us to receive your return and process a credit to your account. If approved for a return, a refund will be given to the card on file. If you have any issues with your refund, please email us and let us know. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, the buyer is now responsible for the payment of the return shipping. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days. After 10 days, the items will be resold.

MAILING YOUR RETURN

Send an email to receive your return authorization as well as a mailing address. Returns without this information will NOT be accepted. Please include a copy of the order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving credit. Buyer Pays all shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of some products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund and CREDITED BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. We recommend purchasing the correct size/color of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item.

DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. PURCHASER MUST FILE A CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH SHIPPING SERVICE. 

If you have received an item with any defects, please contact within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a refund. Please be sure to include order #, quantity, name of the item AS WELL AS:
-A photo showing the defective merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)
-A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
-A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number, which usually begins with 1Z)
-A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available (The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box. The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box.)
-Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One photo should display the top and two sides. The second photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.)
-Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width

ALL OF THESE ITEMS ARE REQUIRED BY UPS TO SUBMIT A CLAIM, FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM DUE TO INSUFFICENT MATERIAL– We recommend keeping all packing and contents until ALL products have been thoroughly inspected. After you have emailed us with this information, you will receive a response from our team within 24-48 hours. We are not responsible for damages to products caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. If you choose not to have the package re-sent, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and your refund will be processed for the order value minus the original shipping cost.
